A German court sentenced Taleb Al-Abdulmohsen to life in prison on June 26 for the December 2024 attack on the Christmas market in Magdeburg, where he drove a car into the crowd. Six people were killed — a nine-year-old child and five women — and many more were injured. The verdict closes one of Germany’s deadliest recent attacks on a public gathering.
